About our training coordinator

Carol Pendagast
Carol is a lifelong resident of the City of Shelton. She joined F.W. Serra, Inc in 2003 bringing with her experience, skills and talents developed over the past 25+ years in the business community.
She is a member of SHRM and a 2007 graduate of the Leadership Greater Valley Program.
She is also a licensed insurance rep. and an active member of our community. Carol is Chairperson of the Greater Valley Chamber of Commerce Ambassador Group, a corporator for Birmingham Group Health Services, Inc. - serving as chairperson for the 2011 Annual Gala. She’s also a member of the Valley United Way Corporate Volunteer Council-serving as co-chair for the Food Pantry Collection Committee; the Healthy Valley-Heritage Valley Committee; & the Valley United Way Harvest House committee. She is a member of the Leadership Greater Valley Committee and the Shelton High School Class of 1979 Reunion Committee.
Carol received the 2010 Greater Valley Chamber of Commerce “Volunteer of the Year” award.
She is also a Volunteer and our Team Captain for the annual United Way Campaigns and the annual TEAM, Inc., Toys-for Tots Programs and a member of TEAM, Inc.'s Men-Who-Cook Committee.
Carol is a member of the Housatonic Council Boy Scouts of America having served as a Unit Commissioner and Committee Chair for various committees.
